We use only the freshest, finest ingredients including:

fresh, graded, local shrimp; fresh corn, not frozen; fresh new potatoes, not canned; fresh, homemade Italian sausage made in-house from lean thigh meat of chicken. Vincent Russo's Catering cooks the shrimp separate, so people with shrimp allergies can still enjoy the rest of the Low Country Boil. It's then prepared on-site in their stainless steel cookers and served steaming hot with Vince's homemade cocktail sauce, butter, utensils, heavy duty plates, Bounty™ paper towels and even moist hand wipes.
