Crabmeat Dip
...
a specialty of Vince Russo's Catering, Savannah, Georgia
USA

1 lb. white crabmeat
- 1
stick butter
- 1/2
tsp. salt
- 8
oz. cream cheese
- 1/4
cup minced onion

Melt
cream cheese and butter in microwave at full power. Add onions
and salt. Stir in crabmeat and mix thoroughly. Remove and
serve in chafing dish with crackers on the side.
